The Loo de la Rose is a pink mansion in The Hague, the Netherlands, which served as the residence of the Princely House of Orange-Nassau from 1855 to 2012.
The building takes its name from the pink rose garden on the premises. The pink color represents the House of Orange-Nassau.
The current building replaced the original Loo de la Rose which was built on the same site between 1855 and 1859. The building was designed in a Dutch Renaissance style by civil servant architect F. M. van Ruijven. The Princely House of Orange-Nassau moved into the new building in 1859 and the current Prince of Orange Willem-Alexander used it as his residence during the restoration of The Hague in the 21st century.
The mansion was severely damaged by fire in 2004, and plans have been made for its restoration. In 2011, a local newspaper quoted Dutch Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management Ben Knapen as saying that "almost nothing" of the home of the Prince of Orange would be reconstructed and that the prime aim was "to make it fit for the festivities that will be held 0b46394aab
